Barnacle is a plug-in that adds a new toolbar to your favourite programs. From this new bar you can, among other things, access the content of any window much more quickly.
The bar icons created by Barnacle can be changed, and also ordered and organized as you like. You can also associate different actions according to the key pressed or window opened, generate menu selections, create shortcuts, etc. In the help section of the program there are detailed explanations of all the features it has.
Barnacle is totally free.
